IAPMO IGC 117 – Interim Guide Criteria for Water Closet Riser Assemblies The purpose of this IGC is to establish a generally acceptable standard for water closet riser assemblies. This IGC is not intended to be a specification guide nor is it intended to restrict design. Its purpose is to serve as a guide for producers, distributors, archietects, engineers, contractors, installers, inspectors and users; to promote understanding regarding materials, manufacture and installation; and to provide for identification of fittings complying with this IGC.
