IAPMO IGC 192 – Plastic Acrylontrile-Butadiene Styrene (ABS) and Poly (Vinyl Chloride) (PVC) Drain, Waste and Vent (DWV) Pressure Test Fittings for Use in ABS, PVC or Cast Iron DWV Piping Systems Pressure test fittings covered by this standard are intended for use in plastic ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene), plastic PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) or Cast Iron DWV (drain, waste and vent), piping systems. This standard covers minimum requirements for dimensions and tolerance, materials of construction, and minimum test requirements for the performance of plastic ABS or plastic PVC DWV pressure test fittings.
