This Standard sets forth minimum requirements for the construction and performance of spill containment devicesfor aboveground flammable and combustible liquid storage tanks. The spill containment device is designed tocatch, contain and provide for the evacuation of spilled product. The means of evacuation does not includedisposal into the environment.
